Model ZHC4014, developed and produced by Zongheng Intelligent Control, is a rail-type 4G power DTU. It adopts a rail-type design and is very suitable for placement in distribution boxes. Commonly used in various remote meter reading applications. One DTU can collect multiple electricity meters and supports networking with LoRa. Industrial grade design

The rail-type 4G power DTU developed by Zongheng Intelligent Control adopts a wide temperature and wide voltage industrial-grade design to adapt to the harsh temperature tests in winter and summer in the wild. The operating temperature can be between -40-80°C, and the equipment can operate normally without downtime. Different from traditional DTU, the operating temperature adaptability is stronger.

EMC protection

The high voltage of the power grid environment, which often reaches tens of thousands of volts, will produce very strong electromagnetic radiation interference. Ordinary DTUs cannot meet this demand. Zongheng Intelligent Control DTU adopts EMC protection design and has electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic radiation protection capabilities. Radiation anti-interference, power frequency magnetic field anti-interference, and shock wave anti-interference levels can all reach level three and above.

Full terminal block

In order to adapt to the power grid environment, the Zongheng intelligent control rail-type 4G power DTU serial port is installed with full wiring terminals, which can further improve the anti-interference ability.

Protection level

The Zongheng intelligent control rail-type 4G power DTU has an electrostatic protection level of level four, an FT level and power conduction immunity level of three; the anti-static level of the 485 can reach level four and a surge level of three.
