485 relay module

The 485 relay module developed by Zongheng Intelligent Control can send data commands through the RS485 serial port to control the switch of the module. One command can control one or more channels to open, close, invert, time on, time off, query status and other functions.

In addition to being able to remotely control the relay module, it also supports one-to-one networking, allowing one device to be remotely controlled and another device to be remotely controlled. For example: Device 1 is connected to the water level sensor of the pool through RS485. When the water level reaches a certain height, an alarm will be triggered. After the alarm, the DO of device 2 will be triggered to close the water inlet. However, this scenario has certain limitations, that is, the company’s cloud platform must be used. If it is a small project, it is recommended to use it this way.

There is also a one-to-one network that does not require the use of Zongheng Cloud Platform. Device 1 uses AI (analog input) to collect data from the water level sensor. When the water level reaches a certain level, an alarm will be triggered and the DO (switch value) of device 2 will be remotely controlled. After triggering, the water inlet will be closed.

The two devices listed above are relatively cost-effective. For example, the ZHC492C, the first 4G full network communication device, is currently a relatively flat-priced and cost-effective product on the market. The product operates stably and has many functions.

The other one is the Ethernet ZHC1931. If the customer uses wired equipment, then this device is recommended. It has rich interfaces and can meet most scenarios. Of course, if you need more interfaces, our company also has them.
