From September 7 to September 9, 2017, the 5th China (Mianyang) Conference was hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, with the theme of “Military-Civil Integration, Scientific and Technological Innovation, Open Cooperation”, with Israel as the guest of honor. The Science and Technology City International Science and Technology Expo was grandly held in Mianyang.
