DTU overall structure design

The DTU intelligent power distribution terminal as a whole includes an intelligent unit and a cabinet. The intelligent unit is the core of the entire terminal. The entire core unit mainly consists of a CPU board, a remote signaling and remote control board (smart IO board for short), a liquid crystal panel, and a current and voltage sampling board (referred to as It consists of six types of boards (AC board), power board, and motherboard. Among them, the intelligent IO board and AC board can be flexibly configured according to the specific requirements of the site, and can monitor different numbers of lines. The terminal can be configured with a maximum of 4 intelligent IO boards. Each intelligent IO board can monitor 32 channels of remote signaling and control 8 channels of remote control. When the terminal reaches the maximum configuration, it can monitor 128 channels of remote signaling and control 32 channels of remote control. The capacity of the terminal has been A big improvement.

The DTU terminal adopts a multi-board design. On the one hand, the boards can be flexibly configured and have good scalability. On the other hand, the modular structure makes the performance more stable. The DTU intelligent unit generally includes two parts: bottom hardware and upper software. The bottom hardware includes six types of boards of the entire core unit. This paper mainly researches and designs the three types of boards of the intelligent unit: CPU board, remote signaling and remote control board, and liquid crystal board. , which is uniformly defined as a remote signaling and remote control unit to realize the remote signaling and remote control function. Since the CPU board uses the integrated EM9287 industrial control motherboard, in the hardware design, only the hardware selection was carried out. A detailed hardware design was carried out for the remote signaling and remote control board and LCD panel, and the corresponding software parts of the CPU board, remote signaling and remote control panel and LCD panel were also designed in detail. The cooperation between software and hardware completes the monitoring and control of various switching devices in the power distribution system. The overall design block diagram of the DTU intelligent unit is shown in Figure 2.1 below.
