Analog acquisition module application cases

(1) Application in tap water supply supervision

The water plant supervision is intelligent, collecting the water level of the clean water tank, outlet pressure, valve opening, operating status of each pump, status of each dosing equipment and water quality monitoring. The valve switch and opening are automatically controlled by the pool water level. Principle – Function: Two devices in a set perform AO and AI point-to-point output. End A detects the water level and end B controls the opening of the valve through current. Collect water level through zhc4931 to realize local logic control DO output. Automatically controls DO on and off when the water level reaches the specified value.

(2) Application in power monitoring

Utilize Internet of Things technology – data monitoring and control terminal (Zongheng 4G RTU ZHC4931) plus PLC, configuration software, and sensors. The current, temperature, and voltage status data of the monitoring points are regularly collected and sent to the configuration software of the customer’s local computer for real-time detection. Threshold alarms are set through the software and corresponding operations are performed, such as shutting down a certain power equipment.
