Serial port server functions

The one introduced below was developed by Chengdu Zongheng Intelligent Control. It adds DI, DO, AI, and AO interfaces on the original basis. Strictly speaking, it should be called Ethernet RTU , which can meet more application scenarios. The model number is ZHC1921.
