The remote measurement and control terminal regularly transmits the data of the monitoring point (including the discharged sewage flow value, sewage treatment equipment operating time and other data) to the control center through the operator’s GPRS network, enters it into the SQLServer database, and compares the entered discharged sewage flow value, sewage treatment equipment Running time is accumulated in real time. The accumulated data of the day will be reported to the data center at a fixed time every night. In addition, the control center monitoring personnel can check the real-time operation data of the monitoring points scattered in Kunming at any time and understand the actual operation status of each monitoring point, such as whether the sewage treatment device is running, the actual amount of sewage discharged, and other data.

The Sangtamu operating area of ​​Tarim Oilfield in Xinjiang is an operating area covering hundreds of square kilometers. It is located on the edge of the Taklimakan Desert and has a very harsh natural environment. There are 80 oil wells distributed throughout the region. The oil wells are usually unattended, and the measurement data collection of the oil wells can only rely on manual inspections. After renovation, the data acquisition and control parts adopt PLC system, and then the equipment operating status information is transmitted to the central station through RTU. After this system was applied in the Tarim Oilfield, it has been running stably. The central station can poll 7 RTU stations in just a few minutes (the longest distance between the central station and the RTU station is 13 kilometers). All data collection is accurate and avoids human error. Errors in collected data are eliminated, and measurement automation is truly realized.
